Your private information is available only to us.

SERVICE:
All orders are shipped the same day as received, unless otherwise specified. We will ship United Parcel Service (UPS) unless a particular carrier is specified. We do not mark up shipping or add handling charges. Use the UPS cost calculator to determine your shipping charges, based on zone and weight. You can also track your order using the UPS site.

TERMS:
Our terms are Net 30 days on previously approved credit. All orders will be shipped C.O.D. Freight is F.O.B. Pittsburgh, PA. Balances on accounts more than 30 days past due are subject to a monthly service charge of 1-1/2% or an annual rate of 18%. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

RETURNS:
Examine all fabric or naugahyde before cutting, as no claims will be considered after goods have been cut. Other returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
